I think they are exclusive to Ultra. But there are plenty of parties with the SHM crew members that says "special guests"... meaning they can't announce if they all will be there due to contracts with Ultra... Probably a chance they will do something at one of those events... but who knows. :)

just speculations, but i think i'm pretty close to the truth... :P
