I don't think it's fair to compare it to LTWB in terms of promotion. When they released that track they didn't have youtube or twitter accounts so they could spread it around and if they did they hadn't posted much stuff on there yet. As for the phone call, I don't see how a normal interview counts as promotion for only one particular track. Don't think that was the entirety of the interview anyway.
